Grain ventilation columns AIRSTOCK
Vacuum ventilation (depression) of all cereals, including rapeseed .
COOL all cereals, ensuring the passage of air through the stored product.
SAVE safely, returning the temperature very quickly to the stabilization rate.
Principle of operation
Our ventilation system is based on suction (depression). The ventilation is provided by a set of columns, placed as filling and distributed regularly in the pile. There are two types of columns. The choice will be made according to the stored product, the dimensions and the storage height:
- Type 2 columns: storage height 2.5m to 5m (1 column every 5 to 6m)
- Columns type 3: storage height from 5 to 12 meters
(1 column every 7 to 8 meters)
One or more 1.5 HP (1.1 kW) or 3 HP (2.2 kW) vacuums placed at the top of the columns, provide (s) the depression in the column. You need to count a vacuum cleaner for 4 columns.
The flow of air is from top to bottom, through the stored product. The air is then expelled at the top of the column by the vacuum cleaner.
Advantages of the AIRSTOCK system
- Modular elements, easy to install, just laid on the floor and nestable meter by meter, as and when filling.
- A square base plate, for greater stability.
- Save time and manpower.
- Columns vertical and visible, easy to circumvent.
- The columns can not be overwritten, unlike half-moon sheaths.
- Adaptable to any type of building and usable for all cereals, including rapeseed:
wheat, maize, oats, barley, sunflower, peas, faba beans ... - Leave the building free after use.
- Low electrical power installed.
- Possibility of automation of the start.
- Low investment and low cost of use.
- Limits / removes the use of insecticides.
- Allows ventilation even if complete storage is not completed.
- Vacuum cleaner low noise, avoiding any problem of neighborhood.
Directional hearing
- GREATER SOLIDITY
No material is removed from the sheet. - NO COLLAGE
With the old system (small holes), it happens that the grain comes to block these, blocking the air circulation. With directional gills, this phenomenon is avoided. - ALSO FOR COLZA
Directional vents allow the rapeseed to be broken down (no need to change the perforated base). - INCREASED EFFICIENCY
Less pressure drop . The tests show an increase in airflow of more than 20% compared to the old system (small holes).
