The device, by means of powerful vacuum engine that it has, stores grains such as wheat, barley, paddy, rye and oat as well as heavy products such as corn, bean and chickpea pneumatically (by vacuum) in 2-6 seconds into the sample collection container which is at the laboratory.

Sample amount can be monitored by means of the sample collection container that has a transparent window on it, and if required, sampling amount can be adjusted

THREE TYPES OF PROBE AVAILABLE

SINGLE SUCTION PROBE

Direct intake sampling probe, capable of extracting from a depth of approximately 1.900 mm, and made entirely of AISI 304 grade stainless steel.

DOUBLE SUCTION PROBE

This sampling probe features a concentric tube consisting of a suction pipe housed within an outer steel tube. Air is blown through the outer pipe while the inner suction pipe extracts the cereals for sampling.

The upper part of the suction pipe is connected to a tube which conveys the sampled cereals to the cyclone separator.

Capable of extracting from a depth of approximately 1.900 mm, the probe is made entirely of AISI 304 grade stainless steel.

AUGER PROBE

Sample extraction probe powered by an electric motor attached to a telescopic arm. Above the probe there is a hatch for discharging excess material.

Capable of extracting from a depth of approximately 1.650 mm, the probe is made entirely of AISI 304 grade stainless steel.
