MOBILE SEED PROCESSING PLANT - MOBILE SEED

Maximum capacity between 1  and 5 t/h

The installation was designed to provide a different perspective on cereal treatment and selection. Extremely compact and versatile, the plant can provide precursor, cleaning, selection, triage and grain treatment.

With a capacity of 5 t / h (calculated for wheat, 14% humidity, 2% foreign body level), the plant can be used whenever there is a need for conditioning. All equipment is mounted on a 2-axle flatbed trailer, equipped with a dedicated power generator that offers energy independence.

The selection and treatment facilities are in its composition:

• elevator for loading the cleaner
• plan air cleaner
• elevator to charge the battery trior
• trior in battery - long and short seeds
• car-treated seed
• the electrical control panel of the plant
• power generator
• kit

The MOBILE SEED grain selection and treatment plant can be used for many types of grain, provided that site sites are suitably suited and that a set of alioli for trior is appropriate for the selected grain type.

The MOBILE SEED installation offers our customers the possibility of obtaining additional earnings, while other farmers are also provided with the selection and treatment of seeds.
