FIXED AND MOBILE FANS FOR CEREALS
The ventilation of an ensiled cereal mass has the purpose of cooling the cereals and keeping them at an optimal conservation temperature, thus avoiding the birth and proliferation of insects, as well as the formation of aerobic molds.
In order to allow a uniform airflow distribution, the various grain ventilation systems can be inserted inside the silos or in flat-bottomed housings, being externally fed by air through a mobile or fixed centrifugal fan.
INSTALLATION
The fans in this series are oriented according to the EUROVENT international standards. The direction of rotation of the turbine and the position of the outlet mouth are shown on the fan at the motor end.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Fan 37 with welded and strengthened steel sheet OL 37, the turbine is of dynamically balanced steel plate OL 37, the motor holder is made of OL steel profiles 37 connected to the fan casing, the suction mouth and the outlet are made according to DIN norms 24154-24158 series 3.
ENGINES
Fans in this series are fitted with three-phase asynchronous motors, closed construction, external ventilation, IP 54 protection, B3, in accordance with UNEL-MEC international standards (IEC-DIN 42673). Upon request, fans can also be supplied with flange motors, the B5-V1 molding directly connected to the fan casing (this is only for electric motors with a construction size of up to 100)
BALANCE AND PRESSURE
Characteristics written in the table are made at an air temperature of 15 ºC, barometric pressure of 750 mmHg with a specific gravity of 1,226 kg / m2.
NOISE
Values are measured in the free field at a distance of 1.5 m from the fan operating at flow and maximum yield, connected to the piping. Decibels are on A scale with a frequency of 1000 Hz.
